Haircut and Color Policy

My goal is to make you feel and look beautiful.  Sometimes there may be a hair or two that do not fall where you need them to or your fringe might need to be a little shorter. So I gladly offer 100% guarantee on all haircut and color services within 10 days of service. 
This guarantee is not meant to change your existing hairstyle or color but rather to tone out any unwanted hue, extra grey coverage or minor fluctuations.

Color Correction

Color correction does requires more than one service to achieve your desired results. Color corrections will be discussed at length and additionally a waiver will need to be signed before the service can begin.  Additionally color services / color corrections do require a home care and maintenance to preserve the color, quality and integrity of your hair.

Cancellation Policy

Please give a 24 hour notice if cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Failure to notify before the 24 hour of cancellation / no show will be require a $50 fee to be paid prior to scheduling another appointment. I do understand life emergencies do come up & those will be handled individually.

Late Policy

If you are up to 15 mins late, I cannot guarantee I will be able to perform your entire service that day. Anyone past the 15 minutes is not guaranteed their appointment that day and may need to reschedule their appointment.
